The story of this web site begins in Montreat, North Carolina in January 2008 at a conference of youth workers and leaders. A group was discussing the need for lessons that addressed specific issues that come up in our church youth group.

Regular curriculum does not address these issues when we need them, so most leaders have written one-time lessons for a specific issue. Most of the time these lessons are OK, but are nothing special. However, once in awhile one of these lessons really resonates with the group and turns out great. The leader uses these great lessons, but never has the opportunity to share them.

This web site was created to give the lesson writer a chance to share their work and, at the same time, locate other proven lessons to address issues as they come up in your church.
